Tag

Freeform organization labels. Multiple tags per task are allowed, each as a separate trait instance. Duplicate tags on the same node are prevented.

Focus

Tags do not affect Focus membership. They are purely organizational and never add or remove a task from the Focus view.

Visuals

Each tag renders as a colored rounded chip. Color is derived deterministically from the tag name via hash, so the same tag always renders the same chip color across tasks.
