Recurs
The Recurs trait sets conventional recurrence for a task, which is most useful for bringing the task into Focus during a scheduled interval.
Focus
Initially, a task with Recurs will be in Focus, until it has set the Last Completed date.
Once the Last Completed date is set, we're able to test whether the task should remain in Focus, based on the date.
Importantly, once the task enters Focus, it stays in Focus indefinitely, until the Last Completed date is once again updated.

How it differs from other traits
Recurs is similar to Pressure and Window:
- Recurs offers fine-tuned, highly flexible recurrence schedules, with no additonal affects.
- Pressure offers simpler recurrence schedules, and has stronger indication/weights when they become overdue.
- Window only comes into focus during the specified time periods, regardless of whether it has been completed.
Choosing the best one:
- Recurs is best complex schedules.
- Window is best for when a task is only in Focus between two times.
- Pressure is best for when you need to monitor time since last completion.
